つかった順の利用条件

1. 無料で使える範囲

使用時間順のウィジェット、配置スタジオ、ロック画面ウィジェット、単色の切り替え演出などは無料で利用できます。

2. Pro

Proでは、写真・動画・キャラクターの切り替え演出、色の選択、写真のウィジェット背景が使えます。購入方法は次の3つです（価格はApp Storeの表示に従います。日本での価格）。

3. 自動更新サブスクリプション

年額・月額プランは自動更新のサブスクリプションです。無料体験の終了時、および各期間の終了時に、Apple Accountに請求されます。期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間・同じ価格で自動的に更新されます。解約は、iPhoneの「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。無料体験の途中で購入した場合、残りの無料期間は失われます。

4. 返金

購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理され、返金はAppleの手続きに従います（Appleの返金申請ページ）。

5. 利用許諾

本アプリにはAppleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA）が適用されます。

6. 禁止事項

本アプリの複製、再配布、販売、リバースエンジニアリングを禁止します。

7. 免責

使用時間の取得はiOSのスクリーンタイム機能に依存します。iOSの仕様や他のアプリの変更により、使用時間が取得できない、または一部のアプリがウィジェットから開けない場合があります。利用によって生じた損害について、開発者は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いかねます。

Most Used Terms of Use

1. Free features

The usage-ranked widget, the layout studio, lock screen widgets, and the plain color transition are free.

2. Pro

Pro unlocks photo, video, and character transitions, custom colors, and photo widget backgrounds. It is available as a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription (both with a 3-day free trial), or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store for your region.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

Yearly and monthly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the free trial and at the end of each period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com).

5. License

The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Prohibited use

Copying, redistributing, selling, or reverse engineering the app is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Usage data depends on iOS Screen Time. Changes in iOS or in other apps may prevent usage data from being read or some apps from opening from the widget. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
