利用規約 / Terms of Service

第1条（適用）

  1. 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GA Tech Lab（以下「当方」）がLINE公式アカウントを通じて提供する「AI翻訳アシスタント」（以下「当サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
  2. 本規約は、当サービスを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）に適用されます。
  3. ユーザーは、当サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（サービス内容）

当サービスは、以下の機能を提供します。

  1. AI翻訳機能: Google Gemini APIを使用した多言語間の翻訳
  2. 言語ペア設定: ユーザーが指定した2言語間での自動翻訳
  3. グループ翻訳機能: LINEグループに当サービスを追加することで、グループ内のメッセージを自動翻訳
  4. プレミアム機能: 有料会員向けの回数無制限の翻訳

第3条（利用開始）

  1. 当サービスの利用にあたり、特別な利用登録は不要です。
  2. LINE公式アカウントを友だち追加し、メッセージを送信することで利用が開始されます。
  3. ユーザーは、自身のLINEアカウントを適切に管理する責任を負います。

第4条（グループでの利用）

  1. 当サービスをLINEグループに追加した場合、そのグループ内のメッセージは、当サービスを友だち追加していないメンバーのものも含めて翻訳処理の対象になります。
  2. 当サービスをグループに追加するユーザーは、事前に他のメンバーへその旨を伝えるものとします。
  3. グループ内のメッセージの取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。

第5条（利用制限）

  1. 無料ユーザー: 累計10回までお試し翻訳が可能です。
  2. プレミアムユーザー: 翻訳回数の制限はありません。
  3. 当方は、サービスの品質維持のため、利用制限を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、サービス内でお知らせします。

第6条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 当サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
  4. 当サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  5. 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
  6. 虚偽の情報を提供する行為
  7. 事前の書面による許可のない、商業目的での大量利用
  8. 不正アクセスまたはこれに類する行為
  9. 差別的、暴力的、わいせつな内容の翻訳依頼
  10. スパム行為または迷惑行為
  11. 逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
  12. 当サービスのAPIを不正に利用する行為

第7条（プレミアム機能）

  1. 料金: 特定商取引法に基づく表示に記載の金額とします。
  2. 決済方法: Stripeを通じたクレジットカード決済
  3. 有効期間: 購入日から30日間
  4. 自動更新: 買い切り型であり、自動更新はありません。
  5. 返金: 以下の場合を除き、原則として返金は行いません。
  6. キャンセル: 決済完了後のキャンセルは原則としてできません。

第8条（知的財産権）

  1. 当サービスに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
  2. ユーザーは、当サービスを利用することにより、いかなる知的財産権も取得しません。
  3. 当方は翻訳結果に対する権利を主張しません。

第9条（データの取り扱い）

  1. ユーザーデータの取り扱いは、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。
  2. 翻訳内容は処理後即座に破棄され、保存されません。
  3. 当方は、ユーザーデータをAIの学習目的で使用しません。

第10条（免責事項）

  1. 翻訳精度: 当方は、翻訳の正確性、完全性、有用性を保証しません。
  2. サービス中断: 以下の場合、当方は責任を負いません。
  3. 利用結果: ユーザーが翻訳結果を利用したことにより生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当方は責任を負いません。
  4. 第三者との紛争: ユーザーと第三者との間で生じた紛争について、当方は責任を負いません。

第11条（サービスの変更・終了）

  1. 当方は、当サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することができます。
  2. 提供を終了する場合は、可能な限り事前に通知します。
  3. 提供終了時にプレミアム機能の有効期間が残っている場合の取り扱いは、個別にお問い合わせください。

第12条（利用規約の変更）

  1. 当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。
  2. 変更後の規約は、変更内容と効力発生日をサービス内または本ページで告知し、その効力発生日から適用されます。
  3. 効力発生日以降もユーザーが当サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第13条（利用の停止）

  1. 当方は、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合、事前通知なくサービスの利用を停止または制限することができます。
  2. 利用停止後、ユーザーデータは一定期間経過後に削除されます。

第14条（分離可能性）

本規約のいずれかの条項が法令により無効と判断された場合でも、他の条項は有効に存続します。

第15条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）

  1. 本規約は、日本法に準拠します。
  2. 当サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第16条（言語）

本規約は日本語を正文とし、他の言語に翻訳された場合でも日本語版が優先されます。

第17条（お問い合わせ）

翻訳の利用についての注意

当サービスの翻訳はAIによる自動翻訳です。契約書、法的文書、医療関連文書などの重要な文書には、必ず専門家による確認を受けてください。

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "AI Translation Assistant" (the "Service"), provided by GA Tech Lab ("we") through a LINE Official Account.
  2. These Terms apply to all users of the Service ("Users").
  3. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

  1. AI Translation: Multilingual translation using the Google Gemini API
  2. Language Pair Settings: Automatic translation between two languages chosen by the User
  3. Group Translation: Automatic translation of messages in a LINE group after the Service is added to it
  4. Premium Features: Unlimited translation for paid members

Article 3 (Getting Started)

  1. No special registration is required.
  2. Use begins when you add the LINE Official Account as a friend and send a message.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their own LINE accounts.

Article 4 (Use in Groups)

  1. When the Service is added to a LINE group, messages in that group are processed for translation, including messages from members who have not added the Service as a friend.
  2. A User who adds the Service to a group shall inform the other members in advance.
  3. Group messages are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Usage Limits)

  1. Free Users: Up to 10 trial translations in total.
  2. Premium Users: No translation limit.
  3. We may change usage limits to maintain service quality and will announce any change within the Service.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not:

  1. Violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Engage in acts related to crime
  3. Place excessive load on the Service's servers or networks
  4. Interfere with the operation of the Service
  5. Infringe the rights of other users or third parties
  6. Provide false information
  7. Use the Service in large volume for commercial purposes without prior written permission
  8. Gain or attempt unauthorized access
  9. Request translation of discriminatory, violent, or obscene content
  10. Send spam or harass others
  11. Disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service
  12. Misuse the Service's API

Article 7 (Premium Features)

  1. Price: As stated in the Notation under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
  2. Payment Method: Credit card via Stripe
  3. Validity Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  4. Auto-Renewal: One-time purchase; does not auto-renew.
  5. Refunds: Not provided in principle, except when the Service is unavailable due to a serious defect or for reasons attributable to us.
  6. Cancellation: Not possible after payment in principle.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or the rightful holders.
  2. Users acquire no intellectual property rights by using the Service.
  3. We claim no rights to translation results.

Article 9 (Data Handling)

  1. User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Translation content is discarded immediately after processing and is not stored.
  3. We do not use user data for AI training.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of translations.
  2. Interruptions: We are not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, network or computer failures, or failures of third-party services such as LY Corporation, Google LLC, Stripe, Inc., or Cloudflare, Inc.
  3. Use of Results: Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not responsible for damages arising from Users' use of translation results.
  4. Third-Party Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between Users and third parties.

Article 11 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

  1. We may change or terminate the Service.
  2. We will give advance notice of termination whenever possible.
  3. If premium time remains at termination, please contact us.

Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)

  1. We may change these Terms as necessary.
  2. Changed Terms apply from the effective date announced within the Service or on this page together with the changes.
  3. Continued use of the Service on or after that date constitutes agreement to the changed Terms.

Article 13 (Suspension)

  1. We may suspend or restrict use without prior notice if a User violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent acts, or otherwise acts in a way we deem inappropriate.
  2. User data is deleted after a certain period following suspension.

Article 14 (Severability)

If any provision is held invalid by law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 16 (Language)

The Japanese version of these Terms is authoritative and prevails over any translation.

Article 17 (Contact)

Note on Translations

Translations by the Service are automatic AI translations. Always have important documents such as contracts, legal documents, and medical documents checked by a professional.
