1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、GA Tech Lab が提供する「AI翻訳アシスタント」（以下「本サービス」）が、LINE公式アカウントを通じて提供する翻訳サービスにおける、個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本サービスを利用することにより、本プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

2. 事業者情報

3. 収集する情報

本サービスは、LINE公式アカウントを通じて以下の情報を取得します。

• LINEユーザーID: サービス提供に必要な最小限の識別子
• 表示名・プロフィール画像URL: LINE APIから自動取得し、決済記録との照合と不正決済の防止に使用
• グループID: グループで利用する場合、グループごとの言語設定の管理に使用
• 送信されたメッセージ内容（テキスト・画像・URL）: 翻訳処理のためのみ使用
• 利用回数: 無料お試し回数の管理のみに使用
• プレミアム会員情報: 有効期限の管理のみに使用
• 決済情報: Stripeを通じた取引記録（カード情報はStripe側で管理し、当方は保持しません）
• IPアドレス等の不正利用検知情報: 不正決済や不正利用の防止のみに使用

重要

• 送信されたメッセージは翻訳処理後、即座に破棄されます
• 翻訳内容そのものは保存されません

4. グループでの利用について

本サービスをLINEグループに追加した場合、そのグループ内で送信されたメッセージは、本サービスを友だち追加していないメンバーのものも含めて翻訳処理の対象になります。グループに本サービスを追加する方は、事前に他のメンバーへその旨を伝えてください。グループ内のメッセージも、翻訳処理後は即座に破棄され、保存されません。

5. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用されます。

1. 翻訳サービスの提供: Google Gemini APIを使用した翻訳
2. 利用制限の管理: 無料ユーザーのお試し翻訳回数の管理
3. プレミアム機能の提供: 有効期限の管理
4. 決済処理: Stripeを通じた決済と、不正決済の防止
5. サービス改善: 匿名化された利用統計の分析

第三者への販売、貸与、譲渡は一切行いません。マーケティング目的での共有も行いません。法令に基づく場合を除き、開示しません。

7. AI学習への不使用

本サービスで処理されたデータは、AIの学習には使用しません。

• Google Gemini APIは、入力データが学習に使用されない条件で利用しています
• 翻訳内容、メッセージ、その他のユーザーデータを学習用途に提供しません
• 本サービス独自のAIモデルの訓練も行いません

8. データの保存期間

• 翻訳メッセージ: 処理完了後、即座に破棄（保存されません）
• 利用回数: 無料お試し回数（累計）の管理のため、ユーザーIDが削除されるまで保持
• プレミアム会員情報: 有効期限終了後、30日間保持したのち削除
• 決済記録: 法令に基づき最大7年間保持
• ユーザーID・言語設定: 削除のご依頼を受けた時点で削除
• グループID・グループの言語設定: 削除のご依頼を受けた時点で削除
• 不正利用検知情報: 不正利用の防止に必要な期間保持したのち削除

9. データの管理と保護

• 通信の暗号化: HTTPS（TLS 1.2以上）
• アクセス制御: 最小権限の原則に基づく運用
• バックアップ: 暗号化したうえで保管
• サーバー: Cloudflare, Inc. のクラウド基盤上で運用しています。データは日本国外のサーバーで処理・保存される場合があります
• ログ: エラーログのみを、個人情報を含まない形式で最大30日間保持

10. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、自身の個人情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を求めることができます。

• ご請求の方法: [email protected] までご連絡ください。削除のご依頼の際は、本サービスのメニューで確認できる会員情報を添えてください

11. Cookie・トラッキング技術

本サービスはLINEのメッセージ機能のみを使用しており、Webブラウザ上でのCookieやトラッキング技術は使用していません。決済ページ（Stripe Checkout）では、Stripeのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

12. 未成年者のプライバシー

本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の利用が判明した場合、直ちにデータを削除します。

13. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の変更やサービス改善に伴い変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内の通知メッセージと本ページの最終更新日の更新によりお知らせします。

14. 準拠法と管轄裁判所

本プライバシーポリシーは日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

This Privacy Policy explains how "AI Translation Assistant" (the "Service"), provided by GA Tech Lab through a LINE Official Account, handles personal information.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Service Provider

3. Information We Collect

• LINE User ID: Minimum identifier required to provide the Service
• Display Name and Profile Image URL: Retrieved automatically from the LINE API and used to match payment records and prevent payment fraud
• Group ID: When used in a group, to manage that group's language settings
• Message Content (text, images, URLs): Used only for translation
• Usage Count: Used only to manage the free trial limit
• Premium Membership Info: Used only to manage expiration
• Payment Information: Transaction records via Stripe (card details are held by Stripe, not by us)
• IP Address and Fraud-Detection Data: Used only to prevent payment fraud and abuse

Important

• Messages are discarded immediately after translation
• Translation content itself is not stored

4. Use in Groups

When the Service is added to a LINE group, messages sent in that group are processed for translation, including messages from members who have not added the Service as a friend. Anyone adding the Service to a group should let the other members know in advance. Group messages are also discarded immediately after translation and are not stored.

5. Purpose of Use

1. Providing translation using the Google Gemini API
2. Managing usage limits for free trial users
3. Providing premium features (expiration management)
4. Processing payments via Stripe and preventing payment fraud
5. Improving the Service through anonymized usage statistics

6. Third-Party Services

Only the text to be translated is sent to the Google Gemini API; user IDs and other identifiers are not. We never sell, rent, or transfer data to third parties, do not share it for marketing purposes, and do not disclose it unless required by law.

7. No Use for AI Training

Data processed by the Service is not used for AI training. The Google Gemini API is used under terms where input data is not used for training, and we do not train our own models.

8. Data Retention

• Translation Messages: Discarded immediately after processing (not stored)
• Usage Count: Kept until the user ID is deleted, to manage the cumulative free trial limit
• Premium Membership Info: Kept for 30 days after expiration, then deleted
• Payment Records: Kept for up to 7 years as required by law
• User ID and Language Settings: Deleted upon request
• Group ID and Group Language Settings: Deleted upon request
• Fraud-Detection Data: Kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse, then deleted

9. Data Protection

• Encryption in transit: HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher)
• Access control: Principle of least privilege
• Backups: Stored encrypted
• Servers: The Service runs on Cloudflare, Inc.'s cloud platform. Data may be processed and stored on servers outside Japan
• Logs: Error logs only, without personal information, kept for up to 30 days

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of use of your personal information. To make a request, contact [email protected]. For deletion requests, please include the membership information shown in the Service's menu.

11. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses only LINE messaging features and does not use cookies or tracking technologies in web browsers. The payment page (Stripe Checkout) is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their data immediately.

13. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal changes or service improvements. Significant changes will be announced through an in-service message and by updating the date on this page.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
